HIIP: def. High Intensity Interval Pilates

Combining reformer, chair, jump board, free weights and your body weight, the class lives up to it’s name by being intense. With exercises on and off the equipment, this class will not only help you to boost your strength, and muscle tone but also to burn fat!

Expect a tough, upbeat, energizing, FUN workout & be prepared to sweat! This class is for all levels— prepare to be CHALLENGED!

Our 4 week HIIP Bootcamp is $275 for all clients. ALL classes are MANDATORY for the 4 week session– no make-ups, no rescheduling, no exceptions.
